True but i`ve been down that road mate and can honestly say that the buell will do all that my ....ZX9/ZZR1100/GSXR750SRAD/SV1000S would do other than top end speed (yes i have maxed out a 1256cc ZZR @ 193MPH) to the point that yesterday a CBR600 and a ZXR750 could not keep up with me through a series of tight S bends on the grantham road and i had my lad on the buell with me,it sticks to the road like glue and when i got to the roman bank cafe i was fresh as a daisy you might say they were not trying but iwould never of sat behind a buell on any of the above mentioned bikes IF i could of passed ;)

That says more about the riders of said bikes than the capabilities of the Buell I`m afraid.
If they`d really been trying they`d have been off while you were running out of ground clearance and shouting at the thing to get a shift on.
If it had been some fast sweepers, instead of tight S-bends,then the roles would have been reversed and you`d be a wobbly speck in their mirrors.
If tight S-bends were the be-all-and-end-all then we`d all have supermotos, because little will keep up with them on slow corners.
Track days mean as much to me as road riding,so I`ll stick with my sports bikes I think !
