Page 1 of 076 Numbers...

Hi everyone. Does anyone know of a way to get round phoning numbers that start with this prefix so that it doesn`t cost 25.5p per minute. Any help as always appreciated. :/

(I should add that this is for my uncle who wants to phone his GP but they have now introduced this number for him and other patients to call during office numbers!)

Its a radio paging number according to this website... Not sure if that helps?..
