dukey congrats, but what really gets my back up is the pathetic media circus surrounding loonypool. it almost comical!!! the fact of the matter is the league cup is meaningless, they were very fortunate against arsenal and were lucky last night. own goal anyone??? at the end of the day no matter how many half-baked cup competitions liverpool win theyre still not the BEST team in the country..... : )

I must have been really p***ed last night !! I dreamt I watched the UEFA cup final and there were 9 goals , 2 sendings off, a penalty and an own goal in the last minute....I then turned over the TV channel, and the deputy PM was on the news "chinning" some geezer !!!!!!!!
I must lay off the cider !!!!!

You won the european cup when were not even champions, the league to me has been devalued, also when liverpool were winning champions year in, year out....we gave our all in the league cup.

the only club that rally devalues the league cup down the years is United and united are not english football, we proved that last night.
