Oh god, looking rather podgy now after all those xmas puddings. Anybody recommend any good slimming plans/clubs?
Have seen www.edietsuk.co.uk/ which seems to be quite good, picked up a leaflet on int Tesco.
They have some nice case studies which are quite inspiring. Any experience or opinions on this one? Or with Weightwatcher?
Phew! Back to the running machine.........
Thanks B.

Weightwatcher is a good one, you do lose weight and you can eat what you want as long as you stick to your points.;)
RE: Roly Poly Pudding And Pie
I have a weightwatcher, Unicorn watches every time I weigh myself. ;)

Very simple slimming plan.
Dont eat so much.
Get more excersise.
That is all you have to do,
Easy :D
I lost 2 1/2 stone by just stopping eating crap for three months. Didn`t do any excercise as I have a back injury that prevents anything too strenuous, but I found that cutting out all sweets/crisps/chocolate/fizzy drinks helped immensely. Admittedly I did go fairly hardcore, drinking nothing but water and really counting the calories and fat content in everything, but it worked. I was around 18 1/2 at the time, and I got down to under 16 (I`ve always been a lardy sod). I couldn`t keep that kind of diet up for more than three months, and I hovered around 16 until Christmas, when I put on a fair bit... Still, it`s coming off now. That`s the problem with IT support jobs - not a lot of movememnt. I can`t even play rugby to keep fit anymore.
Eat less,do more. ;)

Weight Watchers - I did it last year, and lost a stone, but then put it all back on when they changed my medication, as that`s all sorted now, I`m starting again!
Its really easy to stick to, as nothing is totally banned, as long as you stick your points! :D
