Page 1 of DAM YOU ITV!!!

Is it me or is ITV`s picture of the England v France game & Sweden v Bulgaria game on SKY all messed up (annoyed) >:( It seem`s that every minute or so the picture either

(A) Gets all blocky
(B) Pauses for about 5 seconds
(C) or cuts out totally.

I`ve watched the game at my parents who have SKY, and on my SKY box at home, and its the SAME!. Tell me I`m not the only one??? Funny thing is, when you watch it through the normal ariel, the pictures better and no faults!

Dam you ITV, and DAM you SKY :)

P.S. Bet it`s BIG RON playing with the signal (laughing)

its not just the football either... i skyplussed fantasy football last night.. and it was full of jumps.. and lip synch problems... hells kitchen was the same the last couple of weeks

Hang on a second.......you call this thread "DAMN YOU ITV" (correct spelling by the way! ;-)) and then you go on to say that it`s f***ed on Sky but no problems when watching it on ITV??!?!?!






Care to explain? maybe I`m just being a thickie (it does happen a lot!).....

just read all that at digital spy... i thought my Sky+ box was knackered... i was on hold to sky for 30 mins on Saturday...!!.. reset my box about 4 times last night... and i can`t watch jack s*** that i`ve recorded from ITV on SKY+...!!..

and i haven`t got a signal good enough to get the terrestrial ITV station....

!!.. bastards.. thank god i`m going to be watching Euro2004 in spain.. good old TVE1!!

It`s wierd that ITV on SKY is having all these problems. You`d think they`d either inform viewers watching on SKY to appologise for the faults and say they`re at least working on it. Or SWITCH that DAM PRESS-THE-RED-BUTTON thingy OFF, which is probably causing all the problems (oh and don`t forget BIG RON :D )

Anyway I don`t have an Ariel in my house so it`s JERKY EURO 2004 for me. Hope the final dosen`t go to pentalies or it`ll be shown on a slide-by-slide basis!

I`m the same HaGGis! My terrestrial picture is absolute s***e too. BTW, I first noticed the stuttery picture when watching Hell`s Kitchen and assumed that because it was a live broadcast, that maybe had something to do with it but its just got worse and worse. The picture quality of both the Sweden vs Bulgaria match on ITV1 and the film on ITV2 were appalling last night. I`ve emailed ITV and they have replied asking which service I`m using. I assume they`re going to blame Sky......................
