Hi There,

I was wandering if anyone knew if there is a difference between the US and UK versions of Mars Attacks? Amazon.com mentions something about "Uncut, Unrated Version Featuring Explicit Footage Not Seen In Theaters" but the UK version doesn`t seem to include this.

Was the film cut differently in the US or does their DVD really feature stuff I haven`t seen?

Odd this, first I`ve heard of Mars Attacks being cut anywhere. Even the IMDb doesn`t list any different versions.

This is weird. Amazon definitely mentions "Uncut, Unrated Version Featuring Explicit Footage Not Seen In Theaters". But then it also contradicts itself, by rating it as PG-13

But all the reviews I`ve read of this DVD (some from die hard fans of the film) make no mention of any new footage.

I would suspect that Amazon have made a boo-boo.

I got this disk from the states back in october last year. Don`t know if it`s the same version that amazon is touting, but it appears to be no different from the UK version.
