I used to live in Loughborough which, being a Forest fan, was a tad difficult, as the vast majority there are Foxes.

Still cometh the hour, cometh the man. Me to Ladbrokes : "£1 on Forest to beat Leicester 4-1 at Filbert Street" Ladbrokes : "We`ll give you 66-1 on that, mate (maniacal grin from Mr Ladbrokes). Me : "Okily dokily..."

The game, one minute to go, Forest leading 3-1. On comes....Jason Lee....90th minute...the pineapple-headed warrior cracks a 2 inch volley into the net.....final whistle.....oh yeeeeeeesssss.

Work on Monday : all Leicester fans find a copy of a betting slip on their desk. Mr Ladbrokes coughs nervously and lobs the 67 notes to me without a word.

Based in London (not afraid to admit that I am a glory boy from 1977 and once I supported the team I couldn`t possibly change) but have previously had a s/t for a number of seasons, mostly trent end (standing) and then upper tier.

The two and half hour journey back home is often quicker than the tube from west ham.

Its not for a little while but I will definitely be up for the QPR game.
