Has anyone else had trouble loading R2 Jaws on a Wharfedale DVD player? The Universal logo comes up and then the system crashes. I`ve replaced the DVD but the second one did the same.
Has anyone got a R1 Jaws DVD and a Wharfedale player? If so, does that play okay?

Looks like it is common. Happens on ours. You can get round it bu using the GOTO track feature

I ALSO HAVE THE WHARFEDALE DVD-750 AND HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS YOU HAVE HAD. I WAS ABLE TO GET IN TO THE MENU BUT WAS UNABLE TO SELECT ANY OPTIONS. PLEASE HELP!

I bought R2 Jaws and sleepy hollow at the weekend and both discs work perfectly on my Wharfedale.
All the menus worked perfectly,even the picture gallery wasn`t very slow.

when did you buy your Wharfedale?
I have a February model, and may take it back for replacement if the newer ones can play Jaws...

I`ve got a Wharfedale which I bought in February. I have just got a R1 Jaws `DTS` version. I haven`t had a chance to watch the film yet, but after seeing that there were some problems with the disc I had a look at it last night and I can access all the menus and it all seems to work ok.
