Hey had anyone seen teh Scan Ad banner on this website today? I not seen it at all, Wonder if they no longer a sponser?

Heh, no Scan are still a client, and have been since the early days of Reviewer.
Their banner is set to display around 1000 a day. Given that DVD Reviewer serves 45,000 to 65,000 banners a day, it is unlikely you will see it that regularly.
