Hummmm. Does anyone else have the problem with thier 370 that when you first turn it on the DVD draw opens about 1/2 inch then goes back in. Well i do, and if im the only one i taking it back.If we all do im still taking it back cos i want it to be different to the rest!

First I`ve heard of a player doing this..might just need a small transport adjustment though. With 370`s in such low stock, I would ask for it repaired!!

i bought brand new lg 3350 on sunday & it does exactly the same.(both have same innards). In my thread i too was told to return but lg 3350`s are as scarce as hens teeth as well & i wouldnt know what to replace it with if there were no more in stock. but i`m glad i didnt buy online.waiting weeks for delivery then the hassle of sending it back. i can take it straight back to curry`s. You see, here`s another little quirk of my way if I start supplying. Due to the fact that I will TEST the player with RCE and R1 discs, as well as enable the VCD function, this situation would never arise.
Why not? you ask...? Simple, if a fault like this is showing on a player when I test it, it`d never be dispatched. You`d get another one instead!

I have the same problem/fault with my Aiwa Phil. It`s never caused me a problem as such though. It seems to be an intermittent fault, occasionally happening when switching on from cold. As I say, not all the time though. Never had a moments trouble with it though....bought it about 3 weeks ago. I play many cdr vcd`s on it and they all work fine and Matrix played like a dream. All in all I`m well chuffed. Just waiting on the macro hack now.
