My vote goes to Phoenix Night`s. I don`t always find out-takes that funny but I watch these as often as the episodes.

Jackie Chan movies usually are pretty funny, although disturbingly only because it shows him in some sort of bone-breaking
accident.

you can`t beat the Smokey and the Bandit/Cannonball Run ones with Burt Reynolds and Dom DeLuise laughing inanely.
