Page 1 of any one else having problems connecting to bbci using broadband

i currently have broadband 600kps service via ntlworld and have recently noticed that i cant get onto the bbciconsole and get a grey pop up window saying that access is denied unless i use a isp from a long list. Ntl world is on this list yet i cannot get access. I have contacted ntl after hanging on for about 3 years and they keep fobbing me off as they say its down to the bbc. Please help anyone ? also i have ntlworld broadband set as my home page yet every now and then it defaults to the bog standard ntlworldhome page which is more irritating than harm really. Again i have contacted ntl and they blame my pc yet it is a brand new pc and broadband was installed by ntlworld engineer. This might seem trivial yet it can be annoying as the broadband home page has more links on it etc and has more access geared towards broadband. The problem seems to be sporadic yet my internet options have ntlworld broadband set as default ?

Doubt this helps, but my kids were having all sorts of problems getting onto the BBCs CBEEBIES site at the weekend from my dads PC, he also has Cable. Its fine from my trusty 56K dial up link though...
