Anyone know the best place to get Ray Ban sunglasses from? Cheap thanks.

Makro do them from time to time. Try them and they are usually unbelievably cheap, the last time I seen them advertised there they were going for £19.99 - £29.99 plus vat depending on the styles. The classic Ray Ban`s were the cheaper price.

Give your local store a call.

Good Luck.

Know anyone going to the US or Canada?

You can pick up a proper pair for £40-50.

Good to see you going for Ray-Bans my man. I have a shocking pair of Aviators. Would look good over any no-fly zone.

:D

Makro sell proper pairs. Is it because they are too cheap? they can`t be the real thing? Obviously " prats law " says if they are cheap they can`t be real !

Depends on the styles. You can`t get the ones I wear in Makro.

"Give your local store a call."

Am I missing something here? I thought Makro was a members-only wholesaler and sold only to trade customers - I didn`t think you could just walk in off the street and buy a pair of shades!

If you want quality sunglasses try a pair of Oakleys, Ray Bans are a bit dated now!!

the easiest way to tell if they are genuine is to check that they have bosch and lomb lenses, if not they are almost certainly imitation...

Grunt Boy

Nice to see you have a pair of Aviators. Bought mine back in 95 when I was in Florida. Paid about £60 for them. There in mint condition as I`ve hardly worn them

Also have a pair of Round Metal Classic`s (the John Lennon look) back in 94 again these are in mint nick. Paid £85 for those

Even paid £5 for the Ray Ban catalogue (had more money than sense back in them days)
