Page 1 of PS2 games like Tomb Raider/Uncharted style- Recommendations please

The missus`s sister has pulled out her old PS2 and wanted to know if I had any games along the Tomb Raider sort of style that she could borrow.

Looked back and all I have is the GTA`s, some football games and that`s about it.

Now obviously Uncharted is the perfect solution and I think that her surprise present may now be a PS3 in Jan so she can borrow those games off me then, but going to grab some older games to keep her happy for now.  I think I convinced that a Wii probably wouldn`t be the best option now as with the balance board and nunchuck etc would cost about the same as a PS3.



Anyway back to the topic in hand, I never really got that into the Tomb Raider games and fell out of gaming outside of sports games for years, so don`t really know which games were good in that mode on the PS2.  I seem to remember the later Tomb Raider`s weren`t that good?

Any recommendations appreciated.

i have some games gathering dust here.
want to to sift through them? they have skip written all over them at the moment

Cheers for links, just looking down the list now and making mental notes of games that are supposed to be half decent and then going to local store to look what they`ve got.

We don`t have a Gamestation or Cex in Llandudno, only have Game (which on yesterdays research no longer does PS2 games) and a local shop that just has loads of random stuff.

One I did think of yesterday was the old Prince of Persia Sands of Time was supposed to be pretty good wasn`t it?

If that`s the first Prince of Persia, of the 3 that came out that gen yes it`s supposed to be v good, i bought the 2nd one, warrior within, and found combat very frustrating so gave up.
