Thinking of selling my Wii...

Miles (Elite Donator) posted this on Saturday, 16th May 2009, 06:38

I haven`t powered on my Nintendo Wii for a few months now and I have no real inclination to...so thinking of selling it.

I have the Wii (plus original box) - it has a WiiKey in it, so can play multi-region games etc.
Wii Fit balance board + game
2 controllers + nunchucks
A steering wheel (for Mario Kart)
Zelda gun peripheral + Links Crossbow Training
Wii Sports
Wii Play

How much do you think I`d get for it if I sold it?

second hand i would be looking for around £225 possibly with the other items u have mentioned, might want to check out game, cex, gamestation to see what trade in or cash they would offer, will give u an idea of how much private sale should get :)

Will those places take them if they`re chipped?

Miles, i took an old original xbox into GS a few years ago, although it was
a stock xbox, the guy behind the counter asked me if it had been chipped,
i replied "no", and he said it wouldn`t matter anyway... don`t know if that
was (or still is) store policy but that was the reply i got.

Been looking around and it seems £250 wouldn`t seem an unreasonable amount to expect for this lot. (Especially given the chip ;))

Miles given that game are selling 2nd hand wii`s now for £99 with full year guarantee i think u will be lucky to get that, with Mario Kart i think it was £120?

EDIT: Gamestation actually, and £130 for mario with wheel which is overpriced for me when u can pick it up for around £20 and new wheel for couple quid, good luck tho :)

Really? I was going on completed ebay listings....perhaps I`ll have to rethink it then! :D

Would be pleasantly surprised if you got that too. You don`t actually state it includes MK though.?..
