Page 1 of Hands up if you`ve Pre-Ordered a Wii

just pre-ordered mine, But, no g/tee of getting it on launch day (quoted as 50/50 chance) but deffo have it before xmas :)

Yeah I pre-ordered mine month ago, after getting an E-mail from my local HMV (here in Scotland). I was 8th on the list of pre-bookers, and the guy seemed to think that they were getting in at least 30-35 of them on the day of release.....

However he couldn`t say that I was definately getting one.... So we`ll have too see.... But it was the same when I pre-booked the PSP on release date and when I got there and there was loads of them....

I guess you just have to take your chances... what`s just as worrying is the launch titles... no one seems to be able to give me any assurances on what will or won`t be available on the day.....

Well, I`m hoping my fiance has ordered one! I`ve hinted enough! ;)

Yep, but happy to wait if need be, means I can save more money to buy more games. :p

No, I`m waiting until the new year.
This is more to do with finances, though, otherwise I`d probably have had my name down straight away. Even though it`s a good price, I can`t afford a couple of hundred at the moment. It could work in my favour, however, if some of the stores start putting together decent bundles after the initial sales rush wears off (here`s hoping!)

called into blockbusters today & asked if i`d get mine before xmas, they reckon theres no problems at all, in fact ninty seem to be shipping tons more than anyone expected, the manager @ gamestation says they have been guaranteed over double the amount they have pre-orders for.

looks like ninty are taking advantage of the ps3`s slip....

good for them :)

Last week I got mail through the post from Game confirming I can have one at launch.. Yay!!
