Page 1 of New GBA In March

The new Game boy advance is hitting the UK at the end of March and Japan next month. Looks very cool a bit like the old Game & Watch when you flip the screen, and is around 3 inches square when folded up! Main difference apart from the look is it is front lit and has a rechargable battery that takes three hours to recharge and lasts for between 10 and 18 hours depending on if you turn the light on or not.

When I go on Gamespot all the pictures have the little white square with the red cross on. Is this my PC or is this Gamespot?

By the way, this looks awesome and I`ll definitely be getting one!

I remember reading in computer and video games that they were going to be making a backlit gba and that you wouold be able to get old gba`s upgraded for atenner, was this a load of rot?

I saw something similar a while back too. I hope so `cos it`s that reason why I play on mine so little now. There`s some great games that are just so hard to play because of the poor screen. I don`t want some big f***-off attachment light thingy to let me play games. Nintendo always said it didn`t need a back light - bollocks! Listening to customers now. Hope they try and please them by offering existing userbase something. I wasn`t gonna pay 30 odd quid for the afterburner even though it looked superb.
If they don`t offer something then they`re losing out on a fair few game purchases from me. Mind you, couldn`t resist Metroid Fusion!

I think it`s about 130 euros whatever the hell that works out to now. It does look cool though

£85.00=130€
so in rip off uk we will pay £140!
