If your fairly handy, then buy two faulty ones (with different faults - obviously!) off ebay for around £50 each, and build yourself a working machine, then sell all the remaining spare parts - they can fetch quite a bit.
Failing that Gamestation are pretty good for prices, brand new or second hand
