Probably can`t obtain these (legally). I expect they are printed for the disk publisher and copyright owners (or their agents i.e. distributors) only.
Why not just buy some standard (amaray) boxes and print your own covers - try http://www.cdcovers.cc for season 2/3

I already have the region 4 boxes, but they are not very good, and I thought it would be nice to have the collectors box!
