Hi,
I am currently getting an error 89030000 (unkown format) for Powerdvd 4.0 for DVDs which have previosuly ran fine on this software. I suspect this is due to installing NERO Burning ROM. No other DVD software will work either. In Powerdvd 3 (which also previously worked) I get an error 80900015 ("ASPI issue" and "ESDI issue").
Any solutions please? (Cyberlink haven`t bothered to reply ot my technical query)

This sounds like an incompatibility with the currently installed ASPI drivers and PowerDVD. I guess NERO (and I don`t use it so I can`t say for sure) upgraded these and caused things not to work for other applications that access the drives in any other way than the lowest level.
Can`t really help anymore without knowing what OS your using.
