If anyone`s looking for an amusing, light-hearted horror-comedy then this is worth a look. Great cameo as well. I`d have watched it for Emma Stone alone though...
Going to watch it next week, looking forward to it already.
Saw it the other night. Wasn`t blown away at all. The cameo is forced and awkward, and the heroines, who were perceived as being so savvy and smart when they`re introduced, seem to leave their wits in the car when they SPOILER:
get to the fairground and TURN ALL THE BLOODY LIGHTS ON AND TRY TO EVADE THE ZOMBIES BY GETTING ON A STATIONARY FAIRGROUND RIDE
Also, when you`re in a zombie-infested wasteland, you`re going to want a practical vehicle, not a poxy 4mpg hummer. There`s funny elements, for sure, but Jesse Eisberg plays exactly the same character he played in Adventureland (seeing a pattern forming here) and seems to be a budget Michael Cera for playing socially awkward teens
Given a choice, I would not have spent my own money to see this. Woody`s ok, but again, the part isn`t exactly a stretch

I enjoyed it and laughed silly at certain points, loved to cameo but saw the punchline coming a mile away (amazed he didnt lol) would deffo recommend just for woodys banjo :)
Agree that some of the fairground logic was daft, but loved it - knew there was a cameo but didn`t know who it was or what happened (think it`s the best cameo I`ve yet seen in a movie, actually), and although the payoff for it was well signposted, when it came I just about wet myself. Brilliant stuff.
I love deadlines - I love the whooshing noise they make as they fly past...

I watched it the other day and liked it.
Another who didn`t know the cameo but had seen the comments on here about punchline being obvious etc and when I was watching it, I was thinking what was obvious or wrong with the cameo.
Didn`t realise the moment everyone meant, as that was so obvious
SPOILER:
and happens a while after he enters, that I`d thought it was something immediately
so hadn`t realised what everyone was talking about until I reread now.
It surprised me in that it was a completely different film to what I was expecting, as I was thinking more of a film for a horror fans, rather than more of a kind of buddy comedy for the masses.

Just read that the cameo wasn`t the original choice

Just got back from watching it. I thought it was great.
A funny zombie movie.
OK, it`s not as good as Shaun Of the Dead ("you`ve got red on you")...but I laughed quite a bit and enjoyed the stupidness of it all.
It`s not as accomplished as SotD but is an extremely amusing and well observed comedy about zombie films. I loved the list of rules, Woody Harrelson was fantastic, Emma Stone very watchable and the cameo was just great. It`s nothing deep or meaningful but it`s just a riot from the first minute to the last.
