Got the Beastie Boys Disc on Saturday excellent disc but I can`t access the remixes or different camera angles for the videos. Has anyone experienced these problems. I want to see Nathaniel Hornblower`s epic masterpiece of the Robot Vs Octopus Monster!!!

Have you got the newest firmware update for your machine. had my machine nearly a year and had a few problems with a couple of disks then someone put a post up saying there was an update available from Debenhams and just go in and get the update cd.Since then no problems really, just a few occasional funnies. Try asking them . On the disk cover in small letters it says Upgrade 1 01/04/01 Iss.2. If theres a new one let us know. Cheers and good luck Andy c

Thanks Andy. I`ll give it a shot. I`ve got quite a few discs but this is the first one I`ve had probs with. I`ve never used any of the software updates, so maybe, just maybe!

Got the firmware update last night, asked them how many updates there had been. They said just the one....but I was dealing with the gormless expressionless faces that work in Debenhams, so one may be in existence. Loaded the upgrade.....and there is still a problem with the discs! Aaaargh! Gonna have to try it on a mates DVD player.
