For us loyal fans that got the series seperately with nothing on them, we then have to get this ridiculously overpriced thing if want a new 2disc DVD thing of extras.
All i can say is, they had better release them seperately, or i hope some idiot takes the extras bit into my local cash converters (there idiots, they buy anything).

Isn`t this the same 2 discs of extras that was already released as part of the last complete collection? Which was basically everything that was already on the region 1 discs. 14 episodes with commentaries, deleted scenes etc...

I`m more concerned with the way they`re billing it as the COMPLETE series 4 - its only the first 13 episodes, there`s a load more!

DazMack1979 is correct, those 2 discs are not new, they were released as part of the Family Guy Season 1-3 Compendium Boxset which has been available for some time now.

Basically, they`re rippin us all off. I find it rather comical that season 4 was originally advertised as about 22 episodes, and now - low and behold - they`re only releasing 13 of them. They`ll almost double their profits this way.

I`ll say it quietly, but I think this season isnt quite as good. there are some brillant episodes, but also some poor ones too.

I`m finding this season in general to be an absolute cracker, they don`t seem to be holding anything back in terms of `how far can we go here?` (witness Stewie`s treatment of Brian when he owes him $50) and some of the links back to older gags (Greased Up Deaf Guy, Herbert) are pure class. But as always with FG, its the little asides that have nothing to do with the main plot that do it for me (Chris getting pulled into the video for Take On Me was sheer brilliance).

Best episode so far though out of all 4 seasons IMHO is Emission Impossible ("Smells like cheese...")
