Veronica Mars

The first season is out on Region 1 today. Has anyone else ordered, or seen it through illicit means?

I`ll admit, as a hardcore (Joss) Whedonado, when I heard him praising this show left, right and centre, I had to order it.

DVDImport still haven`t dispatched my copy yet, like. I pre-ordered it weeks ago. >:(

Currently watching it on Living and the episodes I have seen so far have been very good. I had been expecting something paranmoral at first when it was being compared to Buffy but I`m really enjoying it anyway

I have seen the whole series already and loved it so much that I had to order the boxset. Mine was just despatched a couple of days ago from dvdimport.

Watching this with my missus at the mo. She`s been watching it on Living, but missed a couple of episodes, so bought it off cd-wow. I really expected it to not be my type of thing (teen drama), but am pleased to report it`s an excellent show (a bit more Sherlock Holmesy than that), with some great performances. Well worth a punt on dvd, even though it`s a mite expensive (£30).

i wathced the first 7 episodes & i gotta admit i`m impressed (despite myself, cos i really didn`t think i`d like it)

some hammy acting but a cool soundtrack & a lot more depth to the main charater than you would normaly find in this kind of program :D

gonna start getting season 2 in readiness :)
