Ok, so I`ve decided to buy Sin City on region1 as I can`t wait for the region 2 release, and have found that there are 5 different versions.
DVDsoon have worked out the cheapest but I`ve heard of the horror stories people have had with them.
Does anyone know where else i can buy the "Hartigan & Nancy" cover version of Sin City from? Playusa.com and the like are simply saying its pot luck which version you get but I really want the hartigan/nancy verison.

There is a Special Edition Director`s Cut due out later this year, maybe you could wait until then?
Sorry if that doesn`t help your original question, but I really want to buy it although I refuse to double dip in this case.

I`m holding out for the `all singing all dancing version` as according to IMDb the three stories used in the film were filmed in their entirity but were cut for the movie but are being put back in for one of the DVD releases.

What`s the point in waiting for a release, where there isn`t an official release date yet - you could be waiting and waiting and.....why not go for the inexpensive R3 Edition - around £12.89 Delivered and out on the 19th Aug, 5 weeks before the UK R2 Release!
