Page 1 of Play 247.com & Terminator : Special Edition

I recently ordered from play247.com and the dvd i bought (terminator : special edition) had lots of scratches on it. Therefore, it crashes at the main menu. Anyone else had a same experience ordering from play247.com or am i just unlucky? Either way im sending it back for a replacement.

I`ve ordered over 100 films from play and never had aproblem with scratched discs.
Sometimes they do come loose, you`ve probvably been unlucky in this way. They are usually good at sorting out problem discs though.

I`ve had about 20 discs from play over the last 3 months, never had any problems with scratches. Had the disc came loose in the packaging as this could cause scratching as it rattles in the box?
