I`m having problems playing T2 on My Alba 104. It screws up around chap. 36 on both instances of the film. Anyone else having probs?

Works fine on my TEAC DVD3000 player.

In what way does it "screw up"?

Hi,

Inside the box you`ll find advice that:

"Due to the advanced features utilized in the creation of this DVD, some players may experience minor navigational difficulties. This should not affect your enjoyment of the feature program in any way.
For questions or comments, please write:

I never experienced any problem on my Pioneers (DV 414 and HTZ 55DV) or on a friend`s RCA. However, since the disc is used to the extreme (both sides, four layers, lots and lots of stuff), I believe this may be a problem for DVDs that doesn`t have a quite precise laser beam. Write them an e-mail passing your DVD specs and see what they suggest.

Regards,
José Azevedo

Because of the dual sided aspect of this disc I have to be really careful when taking it out of the case as to avoid finger prints and dirtying the disc, but have never had any problems with a particular scene.

I haven`t had any problems on either a Sony 715 or a Lecson 900 (bought for the DTS output)

Thank you for that - but i never said that i had navigational difficulties did I. I said that I had problems playing the film - "should not affect you enjoyment of the feature presentation!!" that is what is annoying me the fact that the leaflet states that your enjoyment of the film will not be affected!
