i remeber dvdsoon used to do free delivery from canada but stopped are there any other retailers that still do free delivery either from canada or usa

DVDSoon are free with the fidelity card. For nearly CA$50 you get free delivery and two titles, These vary - I got Incredibles when around and enjoy 12 % off now...
They charge postage but did reduce their rates recently. I find they are as cheap as DVD Import who do provide free postage. Basic multiregion price checking will constantly put these two at the top of the lists. For the more expensive boxsets, DVD Import wins hands down.
As an example of why its worth buying region 1, got the unrated directors cut of xXx and Predator 2 special 2 disc edition for approx £15.
