Out on disc next month, barely 2 months after its Hong Kong theatrical release! Available for pre-order at cd-wow and dddhouse and probably heaps of other sites I haven`t looked at. For those who may not know this is the new one from Stephen Chow, who was behind Shaolin Soccer - and if you don`t have that yet, shame on you.
Can`t wait, me. :)

Saw the trailer for this on the R3 Shrek 2 disc (I think). Looks pretty good, although I don`t usually like Asian comedies all that much.

Arrrghhhhhh (sound of drool hitting the floor) - I am dying to see this. So far, all of the trailers and clips I`ve seen have been fantastic and the reviews coming in from the Toronto and Sundance festivals have ALL been very favourable. The good news for Westerners is that Sony Pictures have bought the rights so (hopefully) there won`t be the theatrical release debacle that Miramax bestowed on the brilliant Shaolin Soccer. Oh and in case you didn`t know, Stephen Chow is a genius... ;-)

his older films are much funnier, imho. Fight Back to School, Tricky Brains, Flirting Scholar, Justice My Foot.

i agree.... all but Justice my foot. realy not english friendly i understand it did very well in HK but didnt translate at all for me...

worked out to £12.00 delivered that was for KUNGFU HUSTLE and DREADNOUGHT Yuen Biou..

There`s a numbered limited edition version of the DVD out at the same time featuring a pile of cool stuff including a watch and a mold of Stephen Chow`s hand. The movie is showing in the Dublin Film Festival in a couple of weeks. Great to get a chance to see it on the big screen with a festival crowd before getting the DVD.
