I am interested in a USA Region 1 music DVD but it is in NTSC format. I have a Region 1 player but I know UK TV is PAL. Does this mean I cannot play it. Anyone help??? :/

Unless you are using an antique TV coz it still works then Yes

Most newer televisions (say the last ten years) handle either NTSC or PAL60. If you watch and it`s in black & white then switch the player into RGB mode to overcome this. It would be easier to help if you specified the model of TV you have.

It`ll work alright if yours is a multizone dvd player & your tv system handles both PAL & NTSC. :)
