Cant wait. Loved the Uk packaging for season 1. Season 2 is already out on region 1 btw and season 3 will come out around the same time as UK s2

Season 3 R1 is out in September. Looks like the packaging for R2 Season 2 is different to Season 1. Glad I went for R1 as both boxsets are more or less the same (three DVD amarays containing two discs each inside a slipcase - Season 2 has a rather snazzy sleeve that slides over the slipcase).
HI,
Just piggy-backing a question onto the subject as I never really got into the show. How old is the girl supposed to be? If I remember she was at college in the first episode, was she a teenager or older. The actress looked late twenty`s maybe even thirty at the time. but that may have been in the old movie tradition of having adults playing young leads. Maybe why I did`nt click to the show. Just curios, thats all.

Time scales not very clear, but she`s been a spy for 10 years by season 3(I think).
You should really pay attention. It is made clear she was recruited whilst in college, but has been a spy for some time(you notice how she never cocks things up?).
But if you ever watch an episode of Alias again, watch Q&A. Its basically a clip show but is very good at explaining what went on, how she was recruited(when as well) and so on. And if its the episode I`m thinking of it has a fantastic ending. Actually I`m going to watch it again!
Thanks TinnionA for the info, guess I`m just not into this sub James Bond/Harry Parmer stuff any more. But then I was around for The Man From Uncle the first time around and that is SO tame against Alias. Anyway will look out for Q&A to give it a chance.

sub James Bond
What do you mean?
It is a lot better.
Q&A might be on sky one this week(last thursday I saw episode 14 on there, Q&A is episode 17).
