Page 1 of Jackie Chan played a villian only once, can anybody name the film?

I remember reading ages ago that Jackie Chan only ever played a bad guy once in his long filmography, but I cant remember the film.

Island of Fire. He is thrown in prison for murder and becomes an assasin after his death is faked. AND he was a bad guy in Enter the Dragon, but uncredited.

I didn`t count ETD as he`s virtually an extra, but Island of Fire was probably the one. He`s an "heroic" assassin? Dang, I was hoping he played and out and out villian. On a slightly differnt note: he`s been offered the role as Kato in the new Pink Panther film with Steve Martin.

Well, he kills a guy in a fight in self defence, goes down for murder into a prison with a brutal regime, then they fake his death and force him to become an assasin, or die.

Sounds like he was an anti-hero rather than a bad guy.

Bang on Rich_H. Its a pretty good movie all in all. It was one of those videos in the Kung Fu 3 pack videos you could buy for a tenner a while ago. That, dragon lord and master with cracked fingers.

And makes a change from the chod he pumps out nowadays.

Jackie Chan was also a bad guy in "The Killer Meteors" - Jimmy Wang Yu played the hero...
