I wanna get this for my mums birthday but £100 odd quid is a bit steep. Is it much better than the ordinary boxset(£80ish)?

My good lady treated me to this on DVD a couple of years ago and as I watched the series when originally broadcast and always fancied buying it on VHS I am glad I got it at long last. I am not sure what differences there are between the original and the 10th anniversary set but the extras, if any, will possibly make one of the finest documentaries ever made even better.
Try http://www.play.com or any other on line stores and you may find it a bit cheaper.

This is not the new one but it is the same as the original R2 release, albeit 5 discs they are all DVD18s i.e double sided and dual layered and at well over half the price of the new release it is far more value for money in my opinion, this is the set that i have. I did pay £60 for the R1 version as i could not justify spending an extra £50 or there abouts for the new set that only has one extra disc of extras and a fax!
