Page 1 of `Ring` Australian region 0 question.

Can anybody who has this release tell me what their pic quality is like. Mine has numerous annoying film artifacts and accompanying these in some instances are crackles in the sound. As the dvd itself is perfect im assuming its just got a poor transfer and they are all like this but if not im gonna send it back. Any help would me much appreciated.

I`ve got the same one and yes the transfer is dirty, sound is fine though - but I don`t have any paraphenalia attached to my TV, so it`s just the basic sound out of the TV.
