Does anyone know when it comes out? I bought the first series ages ago because it was so good. I watched the second series on TV and thought it was even better, but it has been ages since it was shown and there is still no release.

The BBC really are a pain in the arse aren`t they. Come on! Bring out The office series 2, the rest of OFAH, The Young Ones Series 2, Bottom series 1 I could go on.

They may be waiting until this year`s Christmas specials (2 episodes) are available, rather than raking in all that extra money by releasing a third and final set... Unless Jervais changes his mind about a third series.

I say look for it to be released sept/oct. It`s the same with all series` they leave them a year before the DVD release, as with The Office series 1. Look out for the office 2, league of gentlemen 3 and alan patridge all come autumn. And of course they`ll go ahead and sell the christmas episodes as a different DVD, cash in or what.
But if we`re talking of getting the BBC to hurry up, get on with Red Dwarf FFS! It`s gonna take until 2005 to get another 6 series` out on DVD at this rate!

Whilst every1 is bbc bashing, the bast*rds have cancelled the release of jonathon creek boxset next week, prefering instead to release Spooks series 1, just because series 2 is starting on telly... and they have given no new release date. Thanks guys.

Ricky Gervais has confirmed that this year`s Christmas specials will conclude the series. Just hope he doesn`t do a u-turn like Sacha Baron Cohen did with Ali G. 14 episodes will ensure it`s remembered.
