el_duderino (Competent) posted this on Tuesday, 11th March 2003, 12:05

Just to let everyone know that there is a special edition of Trainspotting being released in the summer.

As far as I`m aware it will include all of the extras from the criterion Laserdisc and also new commentaries with director and cast etc.......

Hooray! About bloody time too ;-)

Is it actually being released by Criterion, or has someone else picked up the tab? The Criterion one has been on the cards for ages.

Hurrah !
I`ve been resisting getting the crummy standard copy for ages now. Knew a decent version would be out sooner or later. :-D
