I just recived this a couple of days ago and was scanning it today for quality and I kept noticing a fuzzy-type screen every now and again. Having never seen this movie before I dont know if it is supposed to be there or not. Can anyone tell me if it is? I know that some people have questioned the quality of DDDHouse discs on here before.

The start of the film has some fuzzy film effects and jerky pans ,but its meant to be like that.I have the region 2 Dutch double disc set so I can`t say for sure about the region 3 print quality .

The film quality is fine, I was just worried about the fuzzy screens and jerky shots. If I know that they are supposed to be there then I can say that I am 100% happy with this disc and recommend DDDhouse thoroughly

the region 3 version is the cut version, your best bet is to get the dutch version.
It is very cool and well worth the money.

"the cut version" is a bit of an understatement - it lost somewhere between 8 and 13 minutes to the HK censorship board. The cuts render the film virtually incoherent
RE: Ichi the Killer R3 from DDDHouse
Has anyone seen both versions (cut and uncut)? Just got it from dddhouse too, only a few pounds but 118 minutes instead of the uncut 125 minutes, was wondering what I`ll be missing... :(
RE: Ichi the Killer R3 from DDDHouse
An uncut R1 version is being released on 18 Nov. See details on Loaded247 here
Theres to many Sniggleys and not enough Grouters in this place

That makes the BBFC seem fairly lenient when they cut 3 and a half minutes out of it. If the R1 is cheap, then I may get it.
