Is Dogma about to be re-released, noticed it in HMV for 10 squids and thought of getting it but not if a super-duper-nutter release is imminent.
Buy it from here-

This is the 2 disc "super-duper-nutter release"
Works out to £11.36
But there is the single disc R1 re-release coming, apparently it`s labelled `directors cut` even though Kevin Smith said it would never happen, someones incorporated some of the deleted scenes into the film.
This apparently also includes the documentary that was held off the 2-discer, don`t know a date for this yet though.
I have got the 2 disc set region 1. Its a very good package and definetly worth the extra few bob
Might just wait and see what happens, caught this film on Sky some time ago and thought it was brilliant. As the Pokemons would say `gotta have it, if you can` :)
The dvd is a must have especially if like me, you are a big kevin smith fan. The region 2 release is rubbish in comparison. The 2 disc set has been out for over a year now I think. The features are hilarious.
Im not a big pokemon fan but I believe its "Gotta catch `em al" ;o)
AFAIK Dogma isn`t being recut as a Director`s Cut, and it`s not coming out again unless it`s purely a single disc release.
The documentary which some seem to think was held off, "Judge Not, In Defence of Dogma" is only available on the Vulgar DVD and won`t be released anywhere else as yet.
The current region 1 2-disc set is the only one worth having.
:-)
I agree with dicanio & Anil - the region 1, 2 disc set is the only way to go.
While we`re on the topic of Mr. Smith, has anyone seen the "Evening with" DVD that`s out at the moment? Is it any good?
The Evening With Kevin Smith DVD is top class, very, very funny, and very well presented for what is essentially an almost 4 hr Q & A session. Well worth your money in my opinion.

Picked it up today for £5.99 in a bargain bin at Morrisons, which seems a fair price even if it is only the film.
