DVDs from Momentum Pictures

Hi, been having some trouble with DVDs from Momentum Pictures supplied by Play.Com. They keep arriving without the chapter insets in the boxes. Anyone else having a similar problem? Play can neither confirm or deny whether the insets exist or not, all they do is accept the DVDs as returned goods and send out others that are also missing insets. Could anyone with the following titles respond to whether the packaging included chapter insets?

The Graduate ( Directors Chair Collection)
Stargate (The Directors Cut)

I bought stargate from Woolworths and that didnt have a chapter inset I dont know if The graduate has got one because I dont have it, I did get a little booklet with Angel Heart.
By the way why do momentum code their DVD`s 2 and 8 instead of 2 or 2,4 like most other distributors

At a guess, Momentum only have the European rights, not the Australian ones.

Region 8 is for things like planes, ships, the space shuttle, etc. Maybe they seriously think that including this region would mean the aforementioned transportation owners would select their films instead of others.

I know the space station has a chipped dvd player on board, which is funny considering how anti-chipping US copyright holders are. I guess NASA and co decided it was better to do this than have a different dvd player in every nationally owned section. :)

I bought Theres Something About Mary and Austin Powers from HMV yesterday and there was no inserts in either of them. Don`t know if there was meant to be any though. The chapter selections are printed on the back of the cover, so that might be the reason.

There`s Something About Mary is Fox, and Austin Powers is New Line...

I`m pretty sure The Graduate should have a mini-book in it as the two Momentum (directors chair) DVD`s I have (Elephant Man, Manhunter) both have the book as an insert - which I believe was the way they packed all their "directors chair" dvds?

Not certain, but I don`t reckon you get a booklet with movies released under the momentum pictures label.

I`ve got Prince of Darkness, Evil Dead 2 and They Live - none have books.
Neither does Memento and I think that is Momentum too.

Memento was released by Pathe.

I`ve got Wes Craven`s "Shocker" (another Momentum release) and that definitely didn`t come with an insert - the chapter information is printed on the back of the inlay.

I own both the graduate and the elephant man "directors chair editions" from momentum and NONE came with chapter inserts. However they did each come with a 58-page book, which was grate. Actually I had to buy elephant man twice to get the book cuz the first one I bought didn`t have it.
