Does anyone know at what point (time), the layer change is on the R2 edition of Monsters inc.
I noticed a slight pause at approx 32 mins, but this seems early for a layer change. It has happened on both my DVD player and my Dad`s.

Yes that is the layer change and on some dvd player it takes a few milliseconds and quite noticable Ie sulley freezing. They could of put it in a better scene. The R1 has later and in better scene

Not on a Pioneer for R1 where it freezes 2 minutes from the end.
A technical incompatibility, grrrrrrr !!!

The only place I`ve noticed any kind of pause is just when Sully goes into the cupboard to show boo there`s no monster`s in it. ("well, now there is") I noticed a small freeze the first time I played it but it hasn`t happened since

Mine freezes MAJOR big time at the beginning! From when you see the monsters eyes under the bed, to when the kid screams. Only way I can sort it is to eject the DVD and try again. ALWAYS happens in the same spot. No scratches on DVD or owt. I also find I cannot choose that scene via the scene selection menu. Comes up blank, or seizes the picture totally. Only seems to be that scene I have any problems with.
