Page 1 of How do i burn DVDs

I have recently bought a DVD burner but I dont know how to burn a DVD onto DVD-R. I have been told it is possible if I remove the extra features material as it will not fit onto one DVD-R disk. What software do I use? how do I do it? Has anybody been able to do this?

constructive advice not... this guy wants help, this site is great for that, apart from the assholes who suggest pathetic ideas like `Put a match to `em? (even if it was amusing)...

http://www.vcdhelp.com would be a good place to start. Lots of easy-to-follow tutorials, and a download section with all the tools you need.

lol it`s good humour if it can`t be seen a mile off. Just by reading the thread title you KNEW somebody was going to make a comment like that. lol =p

Heh. The "burning" joke was funny in about 1998, but it`s starting to look a little tired now ;-)

yeah there is nothing wrong with a bit of humour. Its never hurt anyone AFAIK. I was actually gonna suggest a little paraffin myself :)
