This is true however yet again I cannot order anything. When I fill my basket and attempt to proceed through the checkout I am posed with a `choose shipping` type of question. No matter what option I choose be it `free`, `yellow bag` or `Australian surface mail` I am hit with a message stating that shipping cannot be calculated as I do not have a valid `TO` address. I don`t know if a `to` address is an address where things are sent to or an abbreviated term used within the site itself. I have mailed Micheal but have as yet had no response. I have of course logged in at this point and am using the only address I ever have. Any one any ideas? This will be ( I hope anyway) the first order I have placed with them.

Bit ugly that checkout page - look down near the bottom, there`s a checkbox to set shipping address to billing address (or something) - I have had to jigger with it before to make it sort itself out, and I`ve used them several times before. It does work, though, and they are a good supplier. R

Having waited two weeks to place my order after the fiasco last time imagine my dissapointment to discover all the dvd`s I`d intended to buy have gone up in price by about 50%!! (I was going to buy Independence Day, Abyss, and Braveheart)
So I would have been about £1.50 better off (for each dvd) before this free postage week!!
Is this a normal tactic for Devoted?
I am considering making a complaint, but I am not sure that it`s worth it. What do you think?

My orders seem to have gone through no probs but i couldnt get it to minus GST. Will devoted do this ?

I had that same problem, what you have to do is change the CHOOSE STATE, to International Customer, then update shipping that should work, and it takes off the GST as well.

I got this email after enquiring about the GST.
GST problem, Thanks for letting us know, we are aware of this problem and will deduct the GST when we process the order.
