One for All 6 remote for 20 quid at Richer Sounds
My first posting - bet you can hardly contain your excitement!
The heading says it all really!
You get 5p change from your 20 quid at Richer Sounds for the
"One for All 6" remote control.
You can get it from the web site too.
And there was no shipping charge when I tried adding it to a basket!
Micht be useful for a Phillips hack?
RE: One for All 6 remote for 20 quid at Richer Sounds
Be warned - the model they are actually selling is NOT the one illustrated.
It is the old One For All 6 which was on sale a couple of years ago which is nothing like as good - no codes for Digital let alone DVD - telephone upgradeable but very few buttons for functionality. The model illustrated is the URC 7560 - the model supplied is the URC 4300. I know because I ordered one before Christmas and had to send it back for a refund after being told that they don`t have the one illustrated. The rep told me the illustration error was in the catalogue but has now been amended (in the catalogue apparently but not the website - are they taking lessons from Kodak here ?).
So beware , £20 is a goodish price for a 6 way , but you won`t get what you think you are paying for !
P.S. if anyone does a URC 7560 for £20 , post up here as I would like to get one.

I got my 7560 from http://www.letsautomate.com for about 27 quid. It`s good, but I haven`t worked out all the features. For some reason the VCR buttons still control the VCR when I`m trying to use the cable box (NTL) and I had to use shifted functions on them.
Look here

for information on programming it from your PC. I may try that some time.
