Well, you can only get money back from paypal if the seller has funds in their account...

Not hard to get 100`s of people to pay for stuff, withdraw the funds and disappear or close the account.

Anyone else got any thoughts??

Found some reviews on moneysavingexpert for laptop purchases and all was good. I rang the customer services and it was answered quickly so above board I think.

When I went through checkout, I ticked the paypal box but the next screen gives you a credit card option and the page was ssl encrypted.

Fingers crossed I guess.

Yeh, people were not sure about ordering but sang their praises for delivery and customer services.

The only weird thing is the checkout, I paid using my card details but have an email from paypal saying thats how I paid (but I did not log into paypal and used a different email address)

The email goes on to say I can save my information with paypal for future purchases so I guess it`s a way of paypal getting more members.
