If you don`t want to spend as much as £25, then using the code 157FREE at checkout should give you free postage. Expires on 31st May.

I didn`t ask to be born...especially not in Essex!

Mainly because THO just pointed the thread out to me (thus provoking a response)...

I followed the Virgin NA`s as best I could with THO, NN, a mortgage & crippling council taxes in the early 90`s. Some were more accessable than others so I began to pick & choose what to buy in ever decreasing circles. When BBC yanked Virgin licence I found the few BBC "official" books I bought even more incomprehensible & paralleled with BF made everthing just more muddled.

So I followed the BBC website & just ticked over waiting for something canon, until the happy day when the announced the BBC was bringing The Doctor Back (YES :D ) but via BBC Wales ( :/ ).

The 9th & 10th Doctors books seem to really dumbed down by comparison (& obviously aimed at younger readers by removing references to licking wine from a 14 years olds breasts (Genesys - I would add at this point, that this was ancient Mesopotania umpteen thousand years BC & life tended to be short in those days) or salty semen aftertaste (Transit) from the VNA`s).

Here ends the lesson of Rassilon.

I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

I hate answering the phone at work - It disturbs my sleep. :/
