Site doesn`t seem to be secure - not good

the site switches to https before you enter personal details and it has a Verisign certificate

(Siemens) BenQ Europe phones gone under so likely to be a few bargains as receiver mops up the mess :(

Ordered it - arrived Friday. What a piece of c##p. "Upto" 3 hours talk time; 150 standby, and no USB charger and the car charger isn`t available any longer..... oh and it doesn`t work - it won`t switch on! Great bargain - not!

I had similar problems which I put down to the `initial` charge being a bit tempremental...

I left it charging for three hours, turned it on and didn`t get the expected `slow flashing` that shows the unit is working. Anyway, tried pairing the headset with my phone while it was plugged into the charger, and that worked OK. Left the headset charging overnight and it seems to have charged up OK. Sound quality is a bit poor but as this is my first Bluetooth headset I didn`t know what to expect anyway. Just hope that subsequent charges from empty don`t need to be left overnight.

My verdict - not too bad for the price.

Mine just came today and guess what it. It don`t work. the light only comes on when I charge it as soon as I unplug it, it stops working.

This sounds similar to what happened to mine - when I unplugged the charger and turned the unit on, the light went off. I had to give it a really good, overnight charge for the internal battery to realise that it had some juice in it. It`s worth leaving it charging overnight.

Thanks for replying mate. I have left it charging overnight but It still not working.
I phoned them today and was told they will phone me back but of course they never did.
