What i want to know is how the hell they managed to fit the theatrical and extended editions on one disc?

They didn`t. Apparently it`s a DVD-18 flipper, which means both the theatrical and extended films are essentially split across two discs.

Been in store had to order it but they text you when its delivered to the store , no delivery charge ofcourse
