This looks ok for a cheapy. Uses an SD card to store ya MP3`s. Not sure of the quality but "you get what you pay for" as they say.

Looks good value - reviews are good as well - watch out for the £3.95 postage and add the cost of batteries and SD card.

Might be worth a pop. If you plump for one of the large SD cards you`ve got yourself an MP3 player with 1g storage for under £50, which can`t be bad (if the quality is up to scratch of course).

Currently waiting for this little cutie to turn up, all be it with a sense of trepidation after hearing some of the stories from EBuyer customers. Fingers crossed.

Thanks a lot, have had my eye on the same thing for a while but that was nearer £20! Ordered one plus a 512mb card and total order just over £31 - for a 512mb MP3 player - bargain!!

OK for a stocking filler, but from what I can see

Doesn`t look as though it remembers where you are when turned off

No repeat / shuffle

No track name displayed, just number of track

I have one of these and use it with a 512MB high speed sd card and have an Audio book on it.

Quality is ok but as boogaloo states it doesn`t remember where you are and there is no menu you just have to skip forward (or backwards depending which is quickest). If you put more than 99 tracks on it starts at 0.

If you know the limitations and are happy with it it is a great bit of kit. I paid under £30 for the player, the 512MBcard and a pack of 4 lithium batteries just over 6 months ago

i got one of these when they where selling them off at svp,

as jezbar says, it`s a decent player for the cash, but you do have to accept the limitations/bugs

ie, it`s suposed to accept sd cards upto 1gig, & whilst it can use them it won`t see beyond 200tracks, it seems to play stuff in any order it feels like, or rather it will play them in order but it will start at track 5 so you have to go back 5 places to be at the begining (i also used for audio books) a 512 meg card i the ideal sixze for this unit.

i used 900mah ni-mh batteries & got around 6 hours at full volume.
