I quite like the Helpdesk people in a benevolent (as opposed to malevolent) way as they do some valuable work in preventing us being inundated by every halfwit who can work a phone.

Well as you neither have the money or the knowledge your point falls just below par, as is normal with you Shoes.

The problem with all these so called special offer plasmaTV`s, is that none of them are HDTV compatible/compliant, which is why they are being sold off cheaper than normal.
