There is a student page, I googled `O2 student` once in the O2 student page on the left menu choose PAYG, put the 3100 in your basket, on the next page it is reduced to £9.99! Ordered two for family members (two seperate orders), both items already dispatched after initally getting an email saying not in stock!

Says we have to choose a tariff. Anyone managed to skip that part?

Just ordered two. Lets see what they are like when they turn up. Thanks to the OP. Been after a cheap PayAsYou GO Phone - or a NIL cost monthly.
As for the tariff - choose either - no extra cost.
